The vision inspection system developed and sold by Nongshim is automated visual inspection equipment using a camera. It is a system that can improve efficiency and provide objective and accurate quality control by automating the parts that were originally inspected manually with computer-based camera imaging technology. It can be applied to various fields, such as manufacturing date inspection, packing defect inspection, foreign substance inspection, omission inspection, and product recognition and classification.
X-RAY foreign substances inspection system is equipment that performs foreign substances inspection, defect inspection, and discriminative inspection with a specialized inspection algorithm by visualizing images that pass through products. The company develops and sells low-density foreign substances inspection systems that use near-infrared rays and terahertz to inspect the wavelength characteristics of foreign substances or material to be determined and complex inspection systems that combine these technologies as well.
